Cold vs Flu?

The flu is no joke! Did you know that:

- 5 to 20% of the population gets the flu

- More than 200,000 people are hospitalized from flu complications

- Approximately 36,000 people die from the flu

But what is the difference between the flu and a cold? I found this cute little chart that serves to explain just that!

But how can you work towards not getting either one? You can prevent or stave off the onset of a cold by washing your hands often and avoiding close contact with anyone with a cold. But please consult your real doctor in real life for real issues related to your health.
